Code of Conduct

These rules keep Zero Lives Left a place people want to be. They apply in Discord, on this site, on our game servers and anywhere you represent the community. Breaking any of these rules can result in a temporary or permanent ban depending on the severity of the issue. The Leadership team will deliberate and come to a decision.

Zero toleranceRacism and discrimination of any kind result in an immediate, permanent ban — from Discord and the site, by Discord ID.

You're seeing the public rules. Members see the rules for their own role when they log in.

Everyone

Applies to every person in our Discord and on this site.
  1. Zero tolerance for racism and discrimination. Slurs, "jokes", symbols or names that target race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexuality or disability mean an immediate ban. No warnings, no "it was banter".
  2. 18+ only. You confirm you're 18 or over when you apply. If we find out you're not, you're banned straight away.
  3. Respect people. Treat others how you'd want to be treated. Disagree with ideas, not people. No harassment, threats, doxxing or sharing anyone's personal information.
  4. No cheating, exploiting or griefing in any game we play together.
  5. Keep it legal and safe for work in public channels. No NSFW content, piracy, or selling accounts and cheats.
  6. No spam or self-promotion without staff permission. Streamers: use the streams channel.
  7. Staff decisions stand. If you think a decision was wrong, message a staff member privately or open a support ticket in the relevant channels.
  8. Report, don't retaliate. If someone breaks these rules, report it instead of arguing in public: use the ⚑ Report link on their profile, or right-click their message in Discord → Apps → Report message. The person you report is never told who reported them.
  9. Warnings. Staff may give a warning for smaller issues. Three warnings within 90 days means your membership is reviewed by the Leadership team. Serious breaches, including rule 1, can mean an immediate ban with no warning first.
  10. Wear the tag. Recruits and members wear our clan tag in-game: [zLL]. On console, use the game's own clan tag feature where available.
