Sets the direction of Zero Lives Left and has the final say.
- Decides what the community is and where it's going: games, values, big changes.
- Looks after the staff team: picks Admins, backs them up and keeps everyone pulling the same way.
- Owns the Discord server, the website and the money side (server costs and donations).
- Steps in on the hardest calls, and is the last word on appeals.

- Reviews staff applications and onboards new staff.
- Keeps the Code of Conduct current and fair.
Moderators
Keeps Zero Lives Left a good place to be.
- Watches the Discord and the site for trouble and deals with it calmly: talks first, warns when needed, escalates serious cases.
- Handles reports from members, gathers evidence and writes down what happened.
- Steps in on zero-tolerance issues straight away.
- Keeps staff notes on members up to date so the whole team knows the history.
- Is someone members feel they can come to with a problem.
